Terms and Conditions

What you buy, what it costs, when it arrives, and what you confirm about the photos you upload.

Updated 16 October 2026~6 min read
In short
  • One video, EUR 15, tax included, paid before it is made.
  • 30 seconds drawn from your story, with our short cards at both ends.
  • Your link works for 48 hours from the moment the video is delivered.
  • The 14-day right to withdraw is yours until the video is delivered, or, if the law counts it as digital content, until you first play or download it; it ends then because you ask us to start at once, in a box you tick before paying.
  • Not delivered within 48 hours: refunded automatically, without asking.
  • The photos must be of people who agreed to appear.
  • The video is yours to keep, share and sell, commercial use included, within the limits sections 6 and 7 set, such as those on the music, on some advertising, on training AI with it, on removing the marks that record it as made with AI and on passing it off as real or as made by a person; our mark and the cards in it stay ours.
  • The sections below carry the detail and the exact wording.

1The service, and what the video is made of#

Amovi makes one animated video from one to five photos of the people in your story and a short story you write, which may mention up to five people, with narration and subtitles in the language of the story, and delivers it as a link by email. The video is made automatically; our AI assistant may ask you a few questions on the way, and for a photo of someone your story names who is in none of yours, or too small in them to draw. You choose the occasion it is for - a love story, an anniversary, a proposal or a wedding. That choice picks the card it opens on, and it shapes the video: our AI may ask you about what such an occasion usually shows and your story leaves out, and where you do not say, the pictures show it as that occasion usually looks, a wedding's clothes and its place for example; a wedding of your own that your story remembers is drawn in wedding clothes whatever the occasion. The narration never tells as fact anything you did not tell us, though it may put how a moment felt in its own words. You also choose the voice that narrates it, a woman's or a man's.

Your story runs 30 seconds, in scenes drawn from it. Before them the video opens on a short card for your occasion, and after them it closes on a short card carrying our mark and the European Union's “AI” icon, which says the video was created with AI; with the cards, the file runs about 37 seconds. The cards are ours and come with every video.

Every video also carries music: one instrumental track, written for it by machine from your story and sized to its scenes, playing quietly under the narration from the first scene to the last. The cards at either end carry music of their own, the same in every video. There is no version without music, and you cannot choose the tune.

The service is for adults: you must be 18 or older to buy a video. Write your story in any of the languages we can narrate: the 24 official EU languages except Maltese, plus Russian and Ukrainian. Before you pay, the only language check is the alphabet: a story not written in the Latin, Greek or Cyrillic alphabet is refused then, and the page says so. Which language it is, our AI recognises after you pay; a story in any other language, Turkish or Norwegian for example, comes back to you to write again in one we can narrate, as section 5 describes.

2Price and payment#

One video costs EUR 15, tax included, and that is the whole of what we charge. The payment page may offer to charge you in your own currency instead, converted at Sold through Link, LLC's own rate with its conversion fee in it; that conversion is its service, not ours, and the fee goes to it, not to us. You can switch to euros on that page, which avoids the fee. Payment is on Stripe's own page: in the EU by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and in some countries also by Bancontact; outside the EU the page may add a method local to your country. No method that settles days later is offered, because a video cannot wait for it. The payment page does not take payments from Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Kosovo, Ascension Island or Tristan da Cunha, which Sold through Link, LLC does not serve. The video is sold to you by Ekaterina Begun, named at the foot of this page; the payment itself is taken by Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate acting as merchant of record, which charges your card, calculates and remits the tax and issues the receipt, under its own buyer terms, which may also let it refund you. Your contract for the video is with us; your receipt comes from Sold through Link, LLC.

3How the contract is made, and how to correct a mistake#

Buying a video takes six steps. Five are on the site: you choose the occasion, add one to five photos, write the story, choose the voice that tells it and, on the same screen, tick the box that section 4 describes, and then press "Make my video", which sends them. The sixth is on the payment page, where you give the email address the video goes to, the price is shown, and the button that pays is the one that places your order. The contract is made when the payment goes through, and the video starts being made as soon as the email confirming it has gone out, normally at once.

Until you press "Make my video", you can go back through the steps and change anything: the occasion, the photos, the story, the voice. Check them before you press it: what it sends cannot be changed afterwards, only left unpaid, though we may ask you to add a photo later. If you notice a mistake on the payment page, leave it without paying and start again with the right occasion, photos, story or voice. Nothing is charged for what you left, and it is deleted with everything in it within a quarter of an hour after the payment page closes, which it does an hour after you sent it. Until then you can also come back to it and pay: what you wrote and uploaded is waiting. After you pay, the story can still be changed if our reading of it asks you to, and a photo can be added when we ask for one, but a photo you sent cannot be replaced; if you sent the wrong ones, write to us before the video is delivered and we will stop it and refund it.

There are no accounts, so your contract is not kept anywhere for you to look up. The email that confirms your payment, sent before anything is made, carries its essentials - who is selling, what you bought, the price, the delivery, the withdrawal acknowledgement with the model withdrawal form, the guarantee and where a complaint goes - as text you can keep, print or forward. Keep that email. The full wording is this page, which can change for videos bought later. We keep every dated version of it: if the wording has changed since you ordered, write to us and we send you the one you agreed to, and you can also save it with Print / PDF before you pay. A video you have ordered stays under the terms you agreed to when you ordered it, as section 9 says. These documents exist in English and in Portuguese and are one contract, not two: if the versions ever read differently, you may rely on whichever is more favourable to you. The Portuguese set starts at /pt/informacao.

4Delivery and withdrawal#

On the last screen, under the choice of voice, you tick a box before you go to pay. Besides your agreement to these terms and your having read the privacy policy, it says two things: that you ask us to make the video at once and to supply it as soon as it is ready, and that you accept that your 14-day right to withdraw is lost once the video has been made available to you. Nothing is charged without the box, and the email that confirms your payment repeats what you agreed to, with the essentials of your contract, before anything is made.

The moment that matters is delivery, not the moment our machines start. The video is made to order for you, and the 14-day right falls away once that work is fully done - when the video is there for you to watch and download - and only because you asked us to start at once and acknowledged that loss (Directive 2011/83 article 16(a), in Portugal Decreto-Lei 24/2014 article 17(1)(a)). Delivery is the whole of that work: the video reaches you complete, as a file to download and keep, and the 48 hours of link that follow are the time we leave it on our server for you to fetch before we delete it with your photographs, not more of the service. If the law reads the video as digital content rather than a service, the same box meets Directive 2011/83 article 16(m), in Portugal Decreto-Lei 24/2014 article 17(1)(l), and the right ends when you first play or download the video, not before. We make the video before that moment and at our own risk: if you withdraw while it is being made, you pay nothing for the part already done.

A video normally arrives about ten minutes after payment, by email and on the page you are already on; it takes longer when our AI assistant needs an answer or a photo from you first, and the times we give are estimates, not deadlines. We have 48 hours to deliver it, counted from when you press the button that sends your story and your photos, a moment before the payment page, however late a photo we ask for arrives: a video not delivered by then is refunded automatically. Delivery by itself does not entitle you to a refund merely because you changed your mind about wanting the video, and it takes nothing away from your rights where the video is not what we described, which section 8 sets out. See the refund policy.

Our AI assistant sometimes needs an answer or a photo from you before it can go on. It asks on the page at once, and emails you if the question has waited a few minutes. If what it needs never comes, the video cannot be finished, and the payment comes back by itself at the 48 hours. A photo of one of the people the video is about cannot be skipped: without it the video is not made.

Your link works for 48 hours from the moment the video is delivered, however long the video took to make, unless it is deleted sooner at your request or at the request of anyone else in your photos or named in your story, as section 7 says. Then the video, your photos and your story are deleted from our server. The window is short because the deletion is a promise we make about your photographs, not a limit on what you bought: the privacy policy says what goes and when, and names the few records that stay longer. We keep no copy of the video, so we cannot send it again afterwards.

What arrives is one MP4 file: H.264 video at 1920 by 1080, carrying the narration and the music as its sound, with the subtitles burned into the picture. It carries signed Content Credentials and a line in its metadata that record it as made with AI, as the AI notice explains. It has no copy protection and needs nothing of ours to play: it plays on any phone, computer or television that plays H.264 MP4 video at 1080p, as nearly every current one does.

Changing your mind before the video arrives

Until the video is delivered the 14-day right is still yours. The 14 days count from the day the contract is made, which is the day you pay (Directive 2011/83 article 9(2)(a), in Portugal Decreto-Lei 24/2014 article 10(1)(a)); delivery ends them sooner or, if the law counts the video as digital content, your first play or download does, as above. Using the right takes one sentence: write to support@amovi.eu saying you withdraw. Any clear statement does; you do not have to give a reason, and the form below is offered, not required. We confirm by email, within 24 hours, that your withdrawal has reached us. Writing from the address you paid with, or naming your video's link, only helps us find the order faster - it is not a condition of withdrawing, and if we cannot tell which order you mean we will ask you rather than treat the withdrawal as not made. Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send it: if the video reaches you after you sent it, you still get the whole payment back. We stop the video and return the whole payment without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of your message, by the same means you paid with.

5Your photos and story#

You do not have to be in the photos yourself: a video about your parents or your friends is made the same way, and if you tell it in the first person we ask for a photo of you that you may skip. When the story is your own, such as how you met your partner or how you proposed, you are usually one of the people the video is about, so it needs a photo of you. Your story may mention up to five people, you included if you tell it in the first person. Only people who are in your photos are drawn in the video, each on the figure of an adult, a teenager or a child, chosen from the age their photo shows, so a child is drawn as a child; someone in several of your photos is drawn at the oldest age those photos show. Everyone your story mentions whom we find in your photos appears in at least one scene. After you pay, we ask you for a photo of anyone your story names who is in none of yours, or is too small in them to draw; which of those people the video is about, our AI reads from your story. For someone the video is about, the photo cannot be skipped, and we ask again if the one you send does not show them, as a photo of a child cannot show either of a couple, nor a photo of a woman someone your story calls a man, or the other way round; anyone else we ask for once, and if you skip it, or we cannot find them in the photo you send, they are not drawn, though the narration may still name them, and your video's page tells you who. For every photo you send for your video, those we ask for after you pay included, you confirm that you took it, or that whoever took it has let you use it this way, and that the people in it agree to appear in the video. A child may appear only with the consent of a parent or of whoever else holds parental responsibility for them, and a person who has died only with the agreement of the relatives the law names, in its order, a later one only where there is none before: the surviving spouse, then children or other descendants, then parents or other ascendants, then brothers and sisters, then nephews and nieces, then heirs (Código Civil, articles 71(2) and 79(1)); for someone who was not Portuguese, the law of their country may ask more. Do not upload a photo of anyone who has not agreed, which includes a public figure you do not know. What happens to the photos afterwards is in the privacy policy.

A photograph is somebody's work, and to make the video we have to copy it, send it to the AI providers the privacy policy names, and have them generate your video's characters and scenes from it. So by uploading it, before you pay or after, you give us permission, as the person who took it or with that person's agreement, to do those three things for this one video, wherever those providers process it, the United States included, and for those providers to keep and use the copies as their own terms allow, which the next sentences describe. Under the paid services and the settings we use, Google and xAI use them only to run their service and keep it safe from abuse. The permission costs nothing and covers no other use of ours. Our own use of it ends when our copy is gone: ours is deleted with the rest of your order, 48 hours after the video is delivered, 48 hours after you sent your story and first photos if the video never is, whenever you sent this one, or within about 75 minutes of sending it if you never pay, unless a refund that has to go out first, or a fault on our side, holds the deletion up, and then as soon as that is put right; Google, which draws from the photograph, keeps what it was sent for up to 55 days to detect abuse of its service; and xAI, which reads the photograph only when it stands in for Google's models, keeps none of it. We do not advertise with the photograph, do not publish it or show it to anyone, and do not train anything on it; besides you, it may be seen by the one person who runs this service, when something fails or has to be put right, or to answer a request about the photograph, and, within those 55 days, by authorised staff of Google checking for abuse, as the privacy policy explains. The same permission, on the same terms, covers the story you write, which we turn into the script, the narration and the subtitles of this one video; for the story it also reaches ElevenLabs, which voices the narration, does not train its models on it, and keeps what it was sent in its backups for up to 30 days after our deletion, while its debugging and moderation logs may keep data about it for a period it does not state.

How closely a character resembles someone depends on the photograph we are given. A face that is small in the frame, out of focus, heavily filtered or half in shadow leaves the drawing less to work from, so expect a looser likeness from such a photograph than from a clear one. We do not refuse it for that - it may be the only one you have of that day - as long as it is at least 256 pixels on its shorter side, which the upload screen checks. A face too small in it to draw from counts as not in it, so we ask you for another photo of that person, as above. The upload screen says what works best before you choose.

Two kinds of check stand between a story and a video, and they happen at different moments. Before you pay, the site refuses a story, or an answer in it, that is too short or too long, a story not in the Latin, Greek or Cyrillic alphabet, a sixth photo, a photo over 15 MB or under 256 pixels on its shorter side, and a file we cannot read; that costs you nothing, because no money has moved. The site also refuses a sixth attempt to start a video from the same internet connection within an hour, refused attempts included. Nothing else about the story or the photos is checked before you pay.

After you pay, our AI reads the story and the photographs. Three things send a story back to you instead of stopping the video: a language we cannot narrate, a story that mentions more than five people, and a request to show a child in a sexual or abusive situation, which we cannot show. In each case the video is not cancelled and you are not charged again: the page gives you your own story back to edit, says what has to change, listing the people we counted in the second case and naming the refused passage in the third whenever it can be found word for word in your text, and the video is made from the story you send instead. The AI providers that make the video can also refuse a photograph, the story, or a character or a scene drawn from them under their own safety rules; such a refusal cannot be put right by editing, and a photograph cannot be replaced after you pay, so the video is then not made. Two other things stop a paid video: a technical failure we cannot overcome, or making the video would cost us more than a limit set in advance, of about one and a quarter times what a video usually costs us to make, a little higher when more than two of the people in your story are in your photos. Whenever the video is not delivered, for any of these reasons or another, the payment comes back by itself at the 48 hours.

6The video, and who owns it#

The video is yours. Keep it, share it, post it, use it at your wedding; we ask for nothing back and take no cut. We do not show it to anyone and do not put it on the site, and we never use your photos to advertise. We would show the video itself only with the written agreement of you and of every adult in it, and, for a child, of whoever holds parental responsibility for them.

To be exact about what "yours" means, because the law is not settled on whether a video a machine drew attracts copyright at all: we give you every right we have in it, for good, everywhere, to use it, copy it, alter it, show it and sell it, with nothing owed back to us and no permission to ask for, within the limits this section and section 7 set. We do not pretend to hand you a title we may not hold; we keep nothing back but our mark and the two cards, which you may use as part of the video and not apart from it.

Limits the providers set

The providers whose models make the video limit what it may be used for, and we pass their limits on, since what they forbid is not ours to allow. They apply to every use, commercial or not. If you sell the video or license it to anyone, make the limits of this section and section 7 part of the deal, so that they bind whoever then uses it. The music may not be used in a motion picture, in a television or radio programme or advertisement, however it is shown or heard, or in a video game or other interactive or playable experience offered to the public and sold, carrying advertising or monetised in any other way, unless it is an independent game: one that, with all its versions, editions and downloadable content, has earned less than USD 500,000 and comes from a developer or publisher whose games, its affiliates' included, earned less than USD 1,000,000 in its last financial year, both counted after store, platform and distribution fees, refunds and chargebacks; a game that stops being an independent game may keep the music for 60 days, and for good in the copies distributed by then. Nor may the music be put, alone or with anything else, into a library, catalogue or collection made available to others for them to use, license, download or put into their own content, such as a stock video or stock music site. Sharing the video with the people you choose is not that. Because the voice and the music come from ElevenLabs, the video may also not be used for political campaigning, to run or facilitate real-money gambling, to exploit or target anyone with real-money gambling or predatory lending, to buy, sell or exchange regulated drugs or other controlled goods or services, to develop, acquire or procure weapons or help anyone do so, or in an app, product or other experience made for people under 18; and where you post it on a platform with rules on labelling AI-generated content, follow them. Section 7 says what else may not be done with the video.

Using it commercially

You may. Put the video in your own advertising, on a channel you earn from, in a shop window - the price is the same and we want nothing further. The providers whose models make the video allow their output to be used commercially, and we pass that on, within the limits above.

Two things are worth knowing first. Nobody, ourselves included, can promise that a generated picture resembles nothing else in the world, and none of these providers indemnifies us against a claim that it does; the chance is small for a video about your own life. If someone else's right in a work the picture resembles does stop you using the video as this page allows, that is a lack of conformity, with the remedies section 8 describes (Decreto-Lei 84/2021, article 31), and nothing here takes them away. And one permission is not ours to give at all - a person who agreed to appear in a video you would show your family has not, by that alone, agreed to appear in an advertisement. Their image is theirs. Selling something with it needs their agreement to that too, and getting it is yours to do, exactly as it was for uploading the photograph.

One payment buys one video, and there is no round of revisions. If the video is faulty rather than disappointing, section 8 says what you can ask for. If it is simply not what you hoped, you are welcome to buy another with a different story or different photographs - but the same video is not remade on request.

What stays ours is our mark and the two cards, the site and its wording, and the software that makes videos; the AI models it uses belong to the companies the AI notice names. Owning your video gives you none of those beyond using the mark and the cards as part of it.

7What you must not send, and what you must not do with the video#

Do not send a story or a photo that asks for sexual content, a child in any sexual or suggestive setting, violence or cruelty, hatred against a group, a crime presented as instruction, or anything that would put a real person in a scene they would object to. Do not write a story, or send a photo, meant to get round the safety rules of the AI that makes the video, for example by writing instructions to it into the story. Do not present the video as a real recording, or use it to deceive anyone about what a real person did or said, and do not present it as made by a person rather than generated by AI. Do not use the video, or any part of it, as input to machine learning, in a dataset for training, testing or improving an AI model, or to build a product that competes with the providers whose models make it: they forbid that, and what they forbid is not ours to allow. This is about feeding the video to AI yourself: posting or storing it where you normally would, on a service that runs its own AI on uploads or learns from them, is not your doing. Do not use it, or an edit of it, to harass, insult, defame or defraud anyone, to expose anyone's private information or exploit anyone's vulnerability, to impersonate a real person or an organisation, in a deceptive advertisement or to suggest falsely that anyone endorses, sponsors or is connected with something, to show anyone in it undressed or in a sexual setting, to sexualise, exploit or endanger anyone under 18, to promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, hatred against a group, suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, to glorify or celebrate serious violence or abuse or those responsible for it, to spread false information, to mislead anyone about an election or another public process, in a court or other official proceeding to present a real person as giving evidence or a statement, in sexually explicit material or in gratuitous graphic or gory material that revels in serious injury, death or abuse, in spam, or for anything else unlawful. Do not remove the Content Credentials or the metadata line that record the video as made with AI, and do not change them to say anything else; do not deliberately remove or alter any watermark in it either. If you edit the video as section 6 allows, keep its Content Credentials and the metadata line where your editing tool lets you; a platform can strip them when you upload the video, which is not your doing.

Nothing reads what a story or a photo shows before you pay, so keeping these rules is yours to do. After you pay, a story that asks to show a child in a sexual or abusive situation is refused and you are asked to change the passage, as section 5 describes, and every version that still asks for it is refused the same way, so no video is made from it. Anything else on this list may be refused by the safety rules of the AI providers that make the video, and the video is then not made. Either way the video is not delivered, and the payment comes back at the 48 hours. We may also decline or stop an order, before or after payment, where we reasonably believe a photo was uploaded without the agreement section 5 asks for, or the order asks for or does something this section forbids; you then get the whole payment back.

Anyone in your photos, or named in your story, other than you may ask us to delete what we hold about them. While your video is still on our server, we then delete it and everything made from it. If the request reaches us before the video is delivered, we stop it and refund you the whole payment, even if the video reaches you before we can act. If it reaches us after delivery, the deletion does not refund it, whoever asks: the video was delivered, and you confirmed that the people in your photos agreed to appear (section 5). The same goes for a delivered video you ask us to delete yourself. Neither takes anything from a withdrawal still open to you (section 4) or from your rights if the video is faulty (section 8).

8What we are responsible for#

We owe you one video of the kind described here. If the video is not delivered within 48 hours the payment is returned automatically, without you asking and without an argument. That is a commercial guarantee we add on top of the law, declared in full in the email that confirms your payment, and not a substitute for the law: where a video is not supplied, the law gives you its own remedies, compensation for loss we cause among them, and this one is meant to reach you before you need them.

Some liability we never exclude or limit, and nothing on this page does: for harm to anyone's life, physical or moral integrity or health; for damage we cause outside the contract; for failing to perform, performing late or performing defectively through intent or gross negligence, ours or that of anyone we use to perform this contract, the providers whose models make the video included; and for your rights when the video is not in conformity, which no term can exclude or limit (Decreto-Lei 84/2021, article 51). The first three are Decreto-Lei 446/85, article 18, which its article 20 applies to standard terms used with consumers, as these are; for the providers we use we answer as we would for ourselves (Código Civil, article 800). The mandatory consumer law of the country you live in applies on top of all of this.

The times we give are estimates, not deadlines: a video normally takes about ten minutes, longer when our AI assistant needs an answer or a photo from you, and the one deadline we commit to is the 48 hours, with the refund that follows it.

A generated video is an approximation of your photos and your story. The AI notice says what that means in practice and what the machine still gets wrong. A purely subjective preference is not a lack of conformity where the video otherwise matches the contract and what we claimed before you bought it - but what we claimed counts, so if the video does not do what this site said it would, that is a fault and not a matter of taste. The refund policy says what follows from each.

A video that is not what we described is a different matter. If, for example, it does not play, has no narration or music, speaks a language your story was not written in, arrives without subtitles or is not the length sold, that is a lack of conformity. Portuguese law, Decreto-Lei 84/2021, gives you a set of remedies for it - having it put right, paying less, or ending the contract and getting your money back - and the law, not this page, decides which of them you may take and when; a serious fault, a fault that comes back, or one we fail to fix can entitle you at once to a price reduction or to ending the contract. For a video, which is supplied in a single act, the statutory period is two years from the day it was supplied, whether the law reads it as digital content or as a digital service. Nothing on this page shortens it or adds a step to it. Write to us and say what is wrong, and tell us while the video is still there if you can. One duty comes from the law itself rather than from us: if the video does not play, we may ask you to help us check whether the cause is the phone, computer or program playing it, by the least intrusive means available, and if you do not help, it falls to you to show that the fault is in the video.

Once the video is deleted, 48 hours after delivery, we keep no copy. If you report a lack of conformity after that, you can send us the photographs and the story again and we make the video again at no cost, deleting them as before, or 48 hours after starting if it cannot be made; if you would rather not, or the new video is not in conformity either, you may have a price reduction in proportion to the fault or, unless the lack of conformity is minimal, end the contract and have your money back. A video that is simply not to your taste is not a lack of conformity, as this section says above.

9Changes to these terms#

We may change these terms for videos bought later, and the date in the header says when the wording last changed. A video you have already ordered is governed by the terms in force when you ordered it, the ones you agreed to in the box before paying; we do not change the deal afterwards.

10The seller, and where a dispute goes#

Portuguese law applies, and it does not take away the consumer protections of the country you live in: those apply to you whatever this page says. Product questions reach us at the address below; payment questions go to the merchant of record, at support.link.com.

If a complaint cannot be settled between us, you can take it to consumer arbitration, and for a dispute the law calls small - one worth no more than the value up to which the courts of first instance decide without appeal, their alçada, EUR 5,000 today, as a dispute over a EUR 15 video normally is - Portuguese law leaves us no say in it: under Lei 24/96 article 14(2) and (3), as Lei 63/2019 rewrote it, arbitration binds us once you choose it. Because the video is bought online, the centre is normally the one for the area where you live, so any of these can be yours:

  • Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (CIAB)
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Ave, Tâmega e Sousa (TRIAVE)
  • Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (CICAP)
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região de Coimbra (CACRC)
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL)
  • Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem do Algarve (CIMAAL)
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região Autónoma da Madeira (CACC RAM)
  • Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo da Região dos Açores (CIMARA)
  • Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC)
  • Centro de Arbitragem da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (CAUAL)

CNIACC takes every area no regional centre covers, and livroreclamacoes.pt/centros-de-arbitragem shows the area each one covers. If you live in another EU country, the centre for where we are established, Vila Nova de Gaia, is CICAP, which takes disputes with consumers living elsewhere in the EU; the European Consumer Centre of your country will also advise you and try to settle the matter with us directly, though it is not itself an arbitration tribunal.

A complaint can also be made in Portugal's electronic complaints book, livroreclamacoes.pt, which reaches us and the supervising authority together, and which we answer within 15 working days.
