1How long does it take?#
Usually about ten minutes from payment. The page shows each step, and we email you the link when the video is ready; the link in your payment confirmation opens the same page, so you can close the tab. Sometimes our AI assistant needs an answer or a photo from you before it can go on, and then it waits for you, while the 48 hours from when you sent your story and photos keep running: a video not delivered by then is refunded by itself.
2What does it cost?#
EUR 15 for one video, the whole of what we charge, paid once before the video is made. The payment page may offer your own currency instead, converted with a fee the payment company keeps; choose euros there to pay exactly EUR 15.
3What happens to my photos?#
They are used only to make your video and are deleted from our server, with the video, 48 hours after it is delivered. They are sent to our image and video model providers and nowhere else; Google keeps what it was sent for up to 55 days to detect abuse of its service, and the privacy policy lists what else is kept, and for how long.
4Which languages can the story be in?#
Any of the 24 official EU languages except Maltese, plus Russian and Ukrainian. The narration and the subtitles come back in the language you wrote in.
5What if the video cannot be made?#
If we cannot finish your video within 48 hours, your payment is refunded automatically. Once a video is delivered, changing your mind about it is not a refund (or, if the law counts the video as digital content, once you have played or downloaded it); a video that is faulty - it does not play, has no narration or music, speaks the wrong language - is put right, or its price reduced or refunded as the law provides, for two years, whatever else the pages say.
6I am in a video someone else made. What can I do?#
Write to support@amovi.eu and say so. While the video still exists - until 48 hours after it was delivered - we delete it and everything made from it. After that our copy is deleted; the privacy policy lists what stays for a while, such as your name, if you are in one of the photos and the story or the person who ordered it gave it, in our server's request log for up to 14 days, and Google's copy of your photograph for up to 55 days. Tell us the video's link or who ordered it: we cannot search for a face. To have it deleted you do not have to explain yourself, and we do not ask who you are. For a copy of your photograph and of what the story says about you, send the video's link; if you only know who ordered it, we can confirm who you are with them, but only if you agree, or tell you in words what we hold.
7Can I ask for it to be redone?#
One payment buys one video, and there is no round of revisions. A faulty video - it does not play, has no narration or music, speaks the wrong language - is put right, or its price reduced or refunded as the law provides. A video you simply hoped would be different is not remade for free, though you are welcome to buy another with a different story or different photographs.
8What do I get?#
An animated video in the Amovi style, 30 seconds drawn from your story, with narration, subtitles and music. It opens on a short card for your occasion and closes on a short card with our mark and the European Union's “AI” icon, saying it was created with AI. The music under your story is one instrumental track written for your video, and the cards carry music of their own. It arrives as an MP4 you can play and download from your link for 48 hours after it is delivered.
