1Who sells the video#
Amovi is run by one person, self-employed in Portugal. There is no company behind it, no office and no staff: what the site says it does is what one person and a set of machines do.
2What is sold#
One animated video, 30 seconds of your story between our short opening and closing cards, made from the photos and the story you send, delivered as a link by email, for EUR 15, tax included. The terms say what you get and what you confirm; the refund policy says when the money comes back.
3Who takes the payment#
The video is sold by the person named above. The payment is taken by Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate acting as merchant of record: it charges you, calculates and remits the tax, issues the receipt and handles disputes about the payment itself, under its own buyer terms. Questions about the video reach us; questions about the charge, the receipt or the tax reach it.
4Where the service runs#
The site and the videos run on one server in France, rented from Contabo GmbH. The models that make the video, the service that sends the email and the one that measures the site are named, with what each receives, in the privacy policy.
5Complaints and supervision#
Write to support@amovi.eu and a person will answer. If we cannot settle it between us, you can take it to consumer arbitration, and for a dispute worth no more than EUR 5,000 that binds us whether we like it or not (Lei 24/96 article 14(2) and (3), as Lei 63/2019 rewrote it). The centre is normally the one for the area where you live, and any of these can be it:

livroreclamacoes.pt/centros-de-arbitragem shows the area each one covers, and CNIACC takes every area no regional centre does. If you live in another EU country, the centre for where we are established, Vila Nova de Gaia, is CICAP, and the European Consumer Centre of your own country can take the complaint up.
A complaint can also be made in Portugal's electronic complaints book, which every seller working through a website must offer: livroreclamacoes.pt. A complaint made there reaches us and the supervising authority, and we answer it within 15 working days.

6The site itself#
The wording on this site is ours, and so is whatever right exists in its pictures. Your video is yours, as the terms say. The videos all look as if they came from the same hand because the same software makes every one of them, and that software stays ours; the AI models it uses belong to the companies the AI notice names. The name Amovi is the brand under which the service is provided.
